A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body
All the students seeking recreation in high level competitions participate in co- curricular activities,sports and games, which is an important feature included in school’s time table. The school has ties with greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) for coaching and conducting games at their playgrounds. The school has seasonal coaches, former National Champions, Olympian Players and experienced hands for sporting and grooming young talents, giving them best possible training to become sports stars. At the beginning we allow the children to just enjoy the games and teach them the basics well, so that talent will eventually make its presence felt.
Also the school has formulated programmes for Sri International Sport’s academy for students who show promise of strong aptitude and interest in any sporting activity to further focus and build on such competencies and compete interscholastically. The sporting activities include Lawn Tennis, Volley ball, Hand ball, and Table tennis, Badminton, Gymnastics, Chess, Caroms, Karate, Boxing, Skating and Swimming.
The School has made significant progress in various sports and games events and is credited with several achievements in participation, hosting and sponsoring especially International Games.
